Gambling with your points based on other user's gambling

People are looking for ways of using their points. How about if it was possible for members with no or few points to get points from other users, purely for gambling on specific games. so for example I give you 1000 points, with an attachment of 10 percent, so anything you win on those points, I get back a certain amount. But, if you lose, I lose too. I haven't gone through it fully and it clearly needs some work, however we definitely need some spicy ideas for what to do with the points :-)

Not sure, it sounds complicated. But, I like the general idea because it could promote community spirit.
